Program Description

This session was filmed at the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s 2019 Creating Pathways to Diversity Conference.

Millennials are now the majority in the legal profession and they are disrupting traditional legal workplace culture and business. It is no longer just about the bottom line, it is more about the triple bottom line: people, planet and profit. Attention to how millennials evaluate opportunities, employers and priorities is vital to employ and retain the future partners and leaders of the legal profession.

The panel will share their perspectives and experiences in hiring, retaining and working with the millennial majority and how their workplace culture and business is adapting to be competitive. The panel will unpack the complex issues that are at the forefront of national corporations and what can be done moving forward toward a more diverse, inclusive and equitable society.
