This course will guide companies through the IPO process. Attendees will learn about the advantages/disadvantages of going public, the type of companies that go public, the IPO timeline and SEC hot buttons. Stakeholders will also be provided with an overview of post-IPO considerations including periodic reporting, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, compensation and stock ownership, and restrictions on trading in stock, along with various other considerations.
At the end of this session/webinar, participants will be able to evaluate whether an IPO is appropriate for their company and the steps involved in the IPO process.
