This course will review the H-1B Nonimmigrant Visa Category and other Visa Strategies to employ foreign born workers in the U.S. We will also discuss PERM and other Permanent Resident alternative options in maintaining these employees on a longer term basis.
At the end of this session/webinar, participants will be able to navigate the complexities of employing foreign born workers in the U.S. and inform clients of the importance of gaining appropriate guidance in this effort.
