Program Description

A dynamic program examining the influences on different generations in the workforce today, how they see their place in the world, and how that impacts their behavior in the workplace. We’ll discuss the legal ramifications and different strategies for multi-generational engagement.

At the end of this session, participants will have a deeper understanding of the different needs of multiple generations and how that impacts the workplace.
