In the wake of major data breaches, Boards are more focused than ever on cybersecurity and fulfilling their fiduciary duties around risk and oversight. In this session, we will briefly review the law and the duties that apply to directors. We will focus heavily on practical strategies and best practices for driving Board engagement, giving them the right tools to oversee cybersecurity risk, creating long-term partnership, and strategies to deal with the thorny issues that come up.
