Program Description

Before CCPA enforcement begins on July 1, 2020, companies need to ensure they have implemented structured ways to assess privacy risks and leverage technology to discover, protect, and govern their data more effectively and efficiently. This expert panel will share updates and provide tips for best practices to promote compliance with CCPA requirements and the unique privacy and data security challenges many companies are facing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Panelists will also offer practical advice to help legal professionals collaborate with their business teams and other colleagues despite the challenges and disrupted work environments this pandemic has caused.
