Program Description

Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) has been traditionally used in financial institutions, such as in compliance, AML, and KYC functions, as well as business analytics. Fintech companies are increasingly providing “AI-powered” solutions to banks and other financial institutions. In addition to providing or using AI powered Fintech processes or products, financial institutions are beginning to use AI to make operational decisions, such as in hiring and promoting employees. This program focuses, at a high level, on the AI landscape used at and by Fintech and financial institutions and the legal, ethical and business risks related to using AI.
