Rachael is an UK employment lawyer based in Osborne Clarke’s Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices. Rachael advises on UK employment law related questions in time-zone and project manages our US client’s international employment and incentives needs across Europe and Asia.

She has a wide range of experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters including terminations and exits, settlement agreements, discrimination and grievance issues, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, managing poor performance, employment agreements and policies and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. She is also part of Osborne Clarke’s dedicated “GDPR for HR” team and has assisted clients with their GDPR preparations in the employment field.
