About

June is General Counsel at CircleCI, the world’s largest shared continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) platform, and the central hub where code moves from idea to delivery.  At CircleCI, June is a member of the executive team and is responsible for managing all domestic and international legal issues for the company, including corporate governance, litigation, product compliance (privacy and data), commercial deals, intellectual property as well as employment and ethics/compliance matters.  Prior to CircleCI, June was Vice President of Legal at BrightEdge Technologies, oversaw worldwide legal affairs for Weebly, and also served as Assistant General Counsel at Juniper Networks.  In these roles, June spearheaded numerous global expansion initiatives and focused on internationalization efforts for the companies’ products/services and a wide array of employment issues.  Before going in-house, June practiced law at Latham & Watkins LLP, focusing primarily on corporate and transactional work, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity offerings, while also advising companies on their financing, commercial and regulatory issues, data privacy and various other matters.  June is a graduate of Williams College and UC Berkeley School of Law and was a recipient of a Fulbright grant to South Korea.
