States Where We Apply
Generally, all our programs are available for credit in the states below. Be sure to review the specific accreditation information for each program in our program catalog. Upon completion of any programs, you will be able to download the relevant CLE certificates directly from our platform, where they will be maintained in your Account for easy reference.

*In Hawaii and New Jersey, we rely on their reciprocity policies pursuant to which our programs are deemed accredited once they are approved in the various reciprocity states where we apply such as California, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas.

We do not seek direct accreditation in the states below. Please note that attorneys may be able to self-apply for credit based upon the state’s rules for pre-recorded programs. The states listed with an asterisk (*) do not allow self-applications for pre-recorded programs.

Attendance Reporting
Some states allow the CLE provider to report program attendance directly to the relevant CLE authority, while others require the attorneys to self-report their attendance. We report program attendance in all states that allow the provider to do so, including:
